Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is conveniently located right on the strip and directly across from the Island at Pigeon Forge, making it a great spot with easy access to everything. The rooms are extremely clean and inviting, emitting a pleasant aroma as soon as you walk in. However, the dining experience could be improved slightly, with some uncomfortable seating in the breakfast area. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to assist, even in tricky situations. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money and a convenient stay.
The hotel was incredibly clean and comfortable, making me feel right at ease throughout my stay. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful, truly making my experience memorable. While the dining was good, it had some room for improvement. Overall, a great value for the quality provided.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and had a great Jacuzzi, but unfortunately, they smelled quite strongly of urine. The location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown near all the attractions, although the service was a bit lacking as we didn't feel very welcomed when asking questions. However, the dining options were good at breakfast, even though it ended a bit early for vacationers. Overall, it was a decent stay with some notable ups and downs.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were equipped with a big spa tub, very comfortable bed, microwave, and mini refrigerator; however, the strong smell of fresh paint and new carpet was overwhelming. I felt a bit uneasy leaving my things in the room due to the lack of proper lighting. The location was fantastic, right across from The Island, offering easy access to various attractions, shopping places, and restaurants.
My stay at the lodge was a mixed experience. The rooms were very clean and smelled amazing but needed a bit of repair on the walls and ceiling. The service was friendly but lacked attention to details like changing the trash. The location was great for exploring the area, although there were minor issues in the room. The dining experience was okay but not exceptional. Overall, it was a decent stay for the price.
