The hotel is conveniently located right on the strip and directly across from the Island at Pigeon Forge, making it a great spot with easy access to everything. The rooms are extremely clean and inviting, emitting a pleasant aroma as soon as you walk in. However, the dining experience could be improved slightly, with some uncomfortable seating in the breakfast area. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to assist, even in tricky situations. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money and a convenient stay.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and had a great Jacuzzi, but unfortunately, they smelled quite strongly of urine. The location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown near all the attractions, although the service was a bit lacking as we didn't feel very welcomed when asking questions. However, the dining options were good at breakfast, even though it ended a bit early for vacationers. Overall, it was a decent stay with some notable ups and downs.

Rooms

The room was very large and the Jacuzzi was clean and worked well. The bed was very comfortable.
Service

The service was excellent overall, though we only received 2 washcloths and 2 towels for a party of 4. Staff was comfortable but not very friendly or courteous when we asked about the area.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were equipped with a big spa tub, very comfortable bed, microwave, and mini refrigerator; however, the strong smell of fresh paint and new carpet was overwhelming. I felt a bit uneasy leaving my things in the room due to the lack of proper lighting. The location was fantastic, right across from The Island, offering easy access to various attractions, shopping places, and restaurants.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms didn't even have lights, just one lamp on the nightstand. The inclusion of a big spa tub, comfortable bed, microwave, and mini refrigerator was a plus, but the overpowering smell of fresh paint and new carpet was off-putting.
Service
9.0
The service was faultless as the property owners were exceptionally nice throughout our stay. However, the pricing seemed to be on the higher side.
Location
8.0
The location was awesome, directly across from The Island, and in the heart of all the attractions, shopping places, and restaurants. It felt slightly secluded near the back of the building, away from traffic, which may have been a factor.
Dining
7.0
The dining was satisfactory; the breakfast was above expectations with a variety of options, but it was clear that some items were frozen. The dining experience was basic but met expectations.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were decent and functional, but nothing particularly stood out. The value for the price paid was acceptable.

My stay at the lodge was a mixed experience. The rooms were very clean and smelled amazing but needed a bit of repair on the walls and ceiling. The service was friendly but lacked attention to details like changing the trash. The location was great for exploring the area, although there were minor issues in the room. The dining experience was okay but not exceptional. Overall, it was a decent stay for the price.

Rooms

The rooms were very clean and smelled amazing. They had a larger-sized personal refrigerator and microwave, but needed a little repair on the walls and ceiling.
Service

The service was friendly, and overall, I would consider this lodge a 4-star experience. However, there were some issues like not changing the trash.
Location

The location was great, surrounded by things to do within walking distance. Despite minor issues in the room, being able to walk to various attractions was a plus.
Dining

The dining experience was average, with food that was okay for a free option but needed to be heated in the microwave. The taste was not impressive.
